Earn 3 Hours of Ethics. This class fulfills the 3 Hour Ethics Requirement for Ohio Division of Real Estate. Join us as Instructor: Anne Petit (Former ODRE Superintendent) teaches her newly approved Ethics Class.  This course is a highly interactive look at the Canon and Code of Ethics, discussion on what your REALTOR peers believe are ethical issues in the maket place today along with a deeper dive into recent Ohio Real estate Commission cases involving ethical violations.  Let's think about what we, as licensees, can learn from the ethical code of the American Cowboy.  Members and Non members are welcome
