I have been married for 23 years to my husband Jesse. We have three young adult children. I have been in the Home Inspection Industry for five years. I am the Office Manage and an Ohio licensed Radon Tester.

However, our relationship with our clients does not end when they receive their inspection report. Every home inspection with us includes several warranties such as a FREE 120-Day Limited Mechanical, a Recall Check on Appliances, and Utility Setup Concierge. Our 60-100+ pg inspection reports are delivered electronically, within 24 hours, to both the buyer's agent and the client and includes photos of any issues that our inspector may have seen at the time of the inspection. My inspectors are both ASHI and InterNACHI members and are licensed in Ohio to perform Home Inspections, Radon Testing, and WDI (aka Termite/ Pest) Inspections. We also provide other services such as Sewer Scopes, Air Quality Testing, Well Testing and Septic Inspections
